.sof file generation issue

Hi i am working on Quartus II subscription edition v6.0. i have cyclone II device. I also having license. But the problem is "when i compiled a design .sof is not generated." May i get so...

licence technology needs some number from your system to identify you. This number is then fixed and encrypted in the licence file.

option1 : C drive serial number. fixes licence to your PC only. if you change drive or pc, it will not work.

option2: NIC, netwrok IF card serial number: fixes it to your PC.

option3: software guard. a small piece of hardware with secret number from vendoe and attached to your parallel port or USB. good if you change PC.

option4: floating licences stored on network servers.

When you apply for licence, it asks for your ID number. It looks like you were asked about NIC. It should be ok. But I don't understand why the NIC is displayed but not sen by licence.
