スタンダードエディションをダウンロード、お金かかる？

私はQuartus Primeのスタンダードエディションを間違ってダウンロードしてしまいました。心配になって、ダウンロードしたものすべてを削除しました。スタンダードエディションには有償ライセンスが必要と書いてありました。しかし、私はライセンスを取得していません。このような時、請求は発生しますか？

    Since you did not get the license, you will not be charged.
