如何使用"export design partition“得到的static revision .qdb建立新工程并建立新的revision版本？

你好，

最近正在研究Partial Reconfigure，目前已经获取了完整PR工程的static partition .qdb文件，请问应该如何使用该static partition的qdb文件建立新的工程，并在其基础上实现新的implement revision？
