セルフサービスライセンスセンターにアクセスしてライセンスを設定できません

セルフサービスライセンスセンターにアクセスしてライセンスを設定できません。

入ろうとすると下記メッセージが表示されます?

「You may have been logged out or you do not have the necessary permissions to access this page.」

下記コミュニティフォーラムの記事を参考に新規アカウントの登録を行いましたが、新規で登録したアカウントも同様の状況です。

      ご回答ありがとうございます。

      アカウントに紐づいていない状態でフォーラムに記入していたので名前が変わっていますが「HirokiOgawa」です。

      メールでやり取りさせて頂くことは可能でしょうか。

    Sorry for the delay as I was out of office recently. May we know what is the changes? Could you explain further. Is it license admin name change?
