проблемы с intel DSA

я скачал Intel® DSA но я не могу открыть лаунчер для установки (я нажимаю открыть но ничего не происходит) I download intel DSA but i cant open luncher

  • What is your operating system? Please provide build.
  • Do you get any error code during the installation process?
  • Please provide the model of your computer.


If possible please provide a screenshot/picture of the any error message during the installation process.
