Where to find ethernet and uart driver for NIOS ?

Hello,

I need to configure uart and ethernet with NIOS II on ARRIA V.

I've found the following tutorial:

I've created a new project, but I don't find in its sources any driver for Ethernet or driver for serial, which are the most important thing we need.

Where can I find it ?

Where do I find the driver software and documention for the Altera 16550 Compatible UART?

Description

The Altera® 16550 Compatible UART IP MegaCore® function incorrectly appears as a component in Qsys for Quartus® II software version 13.0, and is not included in version 13.1.

The MegaCore function, software driver and documentation is currently scheduled to be available in a future version of the Quartus II software.

Is it still not available ?
