verify failed on-chip memory

Hello guys!

When i download the elf file into FPGA chip ,it shows "Verify failed between address 0x20020 an 0x2FFFF" sometimes. The strange thing is this address is belong to the on-chip memory(0x20000 - 0x38FFF).

This problem doesn't happen every time,if i recompile the sof file once , it maybe work naomally. The chip model is EP4CE115F23I7.

How to deal with this problem?
