Using Qsys with nios2-linux-20080619

Hi all,

I'm workin on nios2-linux-20080619 that needs .ptf file to generate zImage so i need SOPC file. Now i have a project that uses QSYS, can i use the same uClinux distribution(nios2-linux-20080619) or not?

Thanks

Nope you need to migrate to DTS or use sopc-create-headers files from a .sopcinfo..

Also PTF was only for NO-MMU right? In this case you need to use DTS

sopc-create-headers-files is used to generate header file only. The directory linux-2.6.x/arch/boards... used to copy the header file does not exist with nios2-linux-20080619

Qsys has *no* support for .ptf files. I've only seen DTS used for Qsys based systems.
