i have a altera de2 board with a cyclone ii fpga on it. i"m working a project that would benefit from being able to write to a usb thumb drive. the board has a usb host port available. however i am unable to figure out how to gain access to this device or find a component that would allow me to access the thumb drive. has anyone worked with this before and could offer some advice.

Hi , wenninra
You can try out "
http://nioswiki.jot.com/WikiHome/OperatingSystems/UsbHost", I used thumb USB testing the "UsbHost" (USB ISP1362 driver) , that it can be able to access, so it's ok.
