u-boot "sopc-create-config-files" command error!

I had yum install perl-xml-libxml

[root@localhost tools]# sopc-create-config-files Nios.sopc my_nios2_fpga.h

bash: sopc-create-config-files: command not found

[root@localhost tools]#

I don't know why !

    [root@localhost tools]# perl sopc-create-config-files Nios.sopc my_nios2_fpga.h

    can work ！

    Are you in a nios2 shell?

    and (a bit off topic) why are you running this as root?
