There are no Nios II CPUs with debug modules....

There are no Nios II CPUs with debug modules available which match the values

specified. Please check that your PLD is correctly configured, downloading a

new SOF file if necessary.

According to above notification...I can not make it work...

Windowss 7 64 bit and quartus 11.1 ,

How can I solve problem ?

    did you upload the correct .sof file, and does it include a debug module?

    It could also be a good idea to check your clocks and polarities of the reset signals.
