Quartus II with ubuntu 11.04

Okay, any ideas? I downloaded a 3.7G file ACDS v11.1 Linux DVD (ISO) from this page:

https :// www . altera.com/download/software/quartus-ii-se

I see another 5.2G iso - 11.1_acds_devices.iso, which I did not download... Should I install that package too? Do you recommend to install SP2 immediately (another 3G file) ?
