Problem with frequency

Hi,

I use Stratix IV kit, and i try to change the frequency in the example given by altera "stratixivgx_4sgx230_fpga\examples\board_update_portal". I execute the same program in NionII EDS, always i find the same execution time with a different frequency (50 Mhz, 100Mhz).

Please what is the problem.
