Problem with downloading of a NIOS II program

I hurried with the announce that the issue is resolved.

When I modify system configuration in Qsys, the problem returns. Solutions that worked earlier, don't help with new configuration.

So, this problem is recurrent.

If my comprehension is correct, for the moment there is no any straightforward approach allowing to manage this issue.

A real disaster !!!
