Ploblem Occurred Downloading ELF Process failed by QuratusⅡ v.13.1 with DE0　→　Cause ?

:confused:Please Could you teach us some hints to make it work. It's a user with little experience.

I use QuratusⅡ v.13.1 web with DE0(board name).

I want to move sdram.;)

In the basic Qsys setting ⇒ NiosⅡ　Eclipse ⇒　Run as ⇒　NiosⅡ　hardware,

the design is stopped. Here,over a week.:cry:

When lcd is implemented in Qsys, display operation is done .It's moved. but I setting sdram at Qsys . then ,Displayed message box :oops:​what Downloading ELF Process failed . 　I read some Q and A this Altera Forum. but I don't get success .　can't move Nios Ⅱ e processor with sdram. this project what can't move file URL : https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4eNVJA-xoSQR1EzRld1SzBQbGs
