PDN Tool MAX10 Parameter Clarification

Hello,

I have a very simple, yet critical, question regarding the PDN Tool from Altera for MAX10 devices. On the “System_Decap” tab, is the Rail I Max current represented in Amps or milliAmps? I have read numerous documents, training videos, and I cannot seem to find where Altera makes this clarification.
