Nios II problem - launching failed

Hi. I hope someone will help me with this problem.

I've looked at my code and wondering why I can't build the system.

The error is

(Cannot run program "make": Launching failed)

    Hmm.. It looks weird. I need to create a new project everytime i shut down my computer. After creating a new 1, the problem is solved. Haha..
