Maybe your soft has a memory leak, a blocking routine, an overflow, a blocking mutex, a priority inversion... Do you use superloop or an OS like ucOS, FreeRTOS, ecos, uclinux ? Could you describe your soft ? Which components do you use ? ...? ... We have not enough information in order to answer.
