Needed PCIe DMA linux driver and the application code for stratix 10.?

I downloaded linux driver and application c code from alterawiki and tried this on a "Generated example design" that came from quartus 17.1 build 240 where this soc consists of PCIe IP and a 8kb on-chip memory connected to bar2 that's it. The result is a timeout error with a throughput of 0.001206 GB/s instead of 6 GB/s (documentation claimed).
