Currently I am reviewing the forum for any open questions and found this thread. I apologize that no one seems to answer this question that you posted. Your question seem to be focusing a specific application type (camera interface) that you require FPGA device selection recommendation. I have tried to check within our existing available design database from the links bellow, we do not have the exact design (converting parallel to MIPI-CSI2) in MAX 10:
