Jtag error

Hi,

I have been running jtag connexion since one year and this last month when I tried to download a zimage sometimes appeared this error, and I have to restart the computer if I want to continue. 


$ nios2-download -g ~/Escritorio/nios2-linux/uClinux-dist/images/linux.initramfs.gz
Using cable "USB-Blaster ", device 1, instance 0x00

OK

Verified OK

nios2-gdb-server-wrapped: nios2debug.cpp:562: virtual ADI_ERROR NIOS2DEBUG::leave_debug_mode(): Assertion `m_state == STATE_DEBUG' failed.
/opt/altera9.1/nios2eds/bin/nios2-download: line 595: 30862 Cancelado               nios2-gdb-server --go --tcpport none --write-pid /home/garcia/Escritorio/nios2-linux/uClinux-dist/images/nios2-download.pid /home/garcia/Escritorio/nios2-linux/uClinux-dist/images/linux.initramfs.gz.srec
I have DE2-70 and I use webserver edition in Ubuntu. Any ideas to solution this problem?
