Can IORD and IOWR be used to access any of the registers in the 'Embedded Peripherals IP User Guide'? Do they always return a 16 bit Int?

Honored ContributorThose macros can be used to access any register, all they do is a memory access bypassing the data cache. They use/return 32 bit integers.
