How to open .apc (capture files) for manipulation

I have generated a capture file (.apc file) of an application with DS-5 and a DE1-SoC board. Now I would like to process the raw data from the execution trace to perform further analysis. How can I find the files that contain the raw data, and how can I export the to spread sheet?
