Flash Programmer problem

Hello, I´m beginner in Nios II and I´m trying to run project from Altera page as is instructed in Nios II System Architect Design (https://www.altera.co.jp/content/dam/altera-www/global/ja_jp/pdfs/literature/tt/tt_nios2_system_architect.pdf), Files were downloaded from https://www.altera.com/nios2eval

I´m using Niois II Embedded Evaluation Kit (NEEK), Cyclone III edition.

Now I´m trying to "Program the Zip File to Flash Memory" and "Run the Software Application on the NEEK". I proceeded exactly according to tutorial but I thik, that generating file .flash is not correctly created because of konsole write "leaving target processor paused"and when I´m trying to programm device - right click on project - run as - there is no Nios II Hardware :( Only Local C/C++ Application.
