file .elf doesn't work

i'm doing a project about real time speech recognition using USB Controller, SOPC, IP core and Nios II on a Cyclone II DE2. The system was designed so as to recognize the word being spoken into a microphone. I used the “NIOS II Software Build Tools for Eclipse” software for writing C program. The C program executes my algorithm for the speech recognition but when i run the program i'm getting this
