Honored ContributorI tried the board with Ref design with a PC and it does establish gigabit link. The ref design has Altera's GUI for board test interface.
The ref design was modified for various optimization and Nios code was changed for UDP server. May be I missed something in the BSP or the TSE driver needs some tweaking? -swguy
