Error: undefined reference to `pthread_create'

Hi,

I got the following error message:

undefined reference to `pthread_create'.

Whats wrong? I included the header ptherad.h and I also put in the libary "libpthread.a" in the Libary paths and rebuild the project but I got always the same error message!
