Error on starting Qsys in W7 ultimate

I receive this errors when i start Qsys in the Initializing window, i have Windows 7 ultimate (image attached)

    Looks like an ipx file has become corrupt. Is this the first time you have used the tools and are seeing this or did this happen out of the blue? I would open the ipx file it's complaining about to see if it can be salvaged, otherwise you might need to do a re-install to fix it.
