I think you have not loaded the .sopcinfo file generated by your qsys/platform designer correctly.
After giving the .sopcinfo file we should see the CPU name,BSP type BSP version and command
Kindly reload the .sopcinfo file and check.
If possible attache the .sopcinfo file.

Thank you for your help. I restored my windows. And fortunately, my .sopcinfo file is work. I think my windows is error.
