De0-Nano-SoC soc_linux

I want to build default De0-Nano-SoC,

for the same i have followed

when i tried for 'make all' to build default ghrd project in product cd, i got error as follows.

make: *** No rule to make target 'output_files/soc_system.sof', needed by 'output_files/soc_system.rbf'. Stop.

what is this error , how can i remove this error?
