whether have the IP that support for FlexE OAM,OH and IEEE 1588 function

We will used FPGA and to transfer ethernet data between MAC and CPU but have some question as below:
(1)whether have the IP that support for FlexE OAM,OH and IEEE 1588 function
(2)the Cyclone V GX chip (5CGXFC4C7M11I8) whether can used this IP(FlexE OAM,OH and IEEE 1588 function)
