what is the equivalent model for external memory controller( vivado) in altera

Hi Sir, Do you mean memory model for simulation? For particular memory model for simulation, you have to get if from the memory vendor like Micron. However, Intel PSG did provide the generic memory model in our generated example design. However, we do not provide support on that memory model for simulation with non-intel FPGA.
