The product has scratches but the outer package is not damaged

Hi Team, My customer reserved product has scratches but the outer package is not damaged . We want to know does it affect the use? pls help to answer ASAP.

Hello,


scratches will not affect the functionality of the device, but please make sure you get the device from Intel authorized distributor to maintain the warranty if anything happen.


Application Engineer will refer to QRE regarding this matter, she will get back to you ASAP.
