the difference between IP compiler for PCI Express and Straix V hard IP for pci express

i want to know the difference between Straix II GX (IP compiler for PCI Express) and straix V(Straix V hard IP for pci express) ?

i also want to know whether i can transplant code of Straix II GX (IP compiler for PCI Express) to straix V ? why?
