Hi Deepthi,


The cdr_is_lockedtodata is 1 but cdr_is_lockedtoref signal is toggling. If the CDR is LOCKED, it is okay the cdr_is_lockedtoref signal is toggling. This is fine if you are using automatic lock mode.
