SerialLite III IP license

I would like to have the information to get the license for this IP Core. I see a part listed on Mouser for Serial Lite IV.

Mouser lists IP-SLITE4 at $25,000.

IP-SLITE4 Intel / Altera | Mouser

I haven't seen this listed at all (Serial Lite III or IV) with the other distributers - DigiKey, Arrow

I want to verify, if this is the correct part to order. And $25,000 looks pricey. Is this the correct price?
