Request for IEEE 1735 Encryption Public Key

I am working for IEEE 1735 Encryption.
Our company is a IP provider.

We are using for a third party encrytion tools for IEEE 1735 Encryption.

So we need "IEEE 1735 Encryption Public Key"

We hope that we could get "IEEE 1735 Encryption Public Key"

      I already sent my answer to supportreplies@intel.com about
      "May I know your plan is to use Quartus Standard edition or Quartus Pro edition? Or you will be using both?"
      Today I sent again.
      Please check again.
