Recommended DDR3 device to work with Cyclone 5 fpga

I am seeking for a DDR3 device in the market. Do you have any recommended DDR3 part number that work together with the C5 fpga?

Hi Sir,
It is recommended to use micron as most of out development kit using this DDR3 device.
Example, our CV development kit using MT41J128M16
