QSPI Flash Controller IP

Hi,

I am working with Quartus Prime v17. I'm looking to use a QSPI Flash Controller IP. I noticed that the "Generic QSPI SPI Controller II" is available to use. Is there any better documentation other than this (page 252)?: https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/ug/ug_embedded_ip.pdf

Specifically, I need to know if this IP can switch between Single and Quad mode in real-time operation. I also need to know if this IP supports SDR and DDR and the ability to switch between them in real-time.

I'm using a MAX 10 FPGA, hooking up to Micron MT25Q device.

Another similar question. I noticed that there exists a "Generic Serial Flash Interface" IP. However, it is my understanding that this is only supported in Quartus Prime 18 and later. But similarly, does this IP support switching between Single and Quad mode in real-time operation, as well as switching between SDR and DDR in real-time operation.?

Thank you.

    单线和四线模式的切换,肯定支持啊,只是发不同的flash命令而已;

    至于DDR模式,基本上都不支持吧。。。这种也应用得很少;

    希望这回答对你有所帮助,^_^
