Need to request an RMA for failure analysis for FPGA.

Hi,

I have a faulty parts that want to send back to Intel for FA. Please advise how could i proceed this?

    Please help to share with us some details.

    1. Please provide device MPN.
    2. What is the failure rate? What is the failure rate vs. tested sample? Example: 2 out of 100 units.
    3. What is the failure symptom? Please elaborate the failure symptom in detail.
    4. How did you determine the failure? Please elaborate the procedures.
