looking for the "debug toolkit.zip" of altmemphy

Hello,

I'm looking for the "debug-toolkit.zip" of altmemphy that was provided on altera site.

I want to use it on Arria II GX DDR2 ALTMEMPHY.

Can someone give me the "debug-toolkit.zip"?
