Is it possible to download an up to date "Hardcopy License Agreement" for a terms of service review?

      Pardon me,

      How come "Hardcopy" isn't mentioned in v19.2 but is supported only on v13.1?

      Is v13.1 up to date?

    Hi From my understanding, the support for your chosen device has been discontinued. As we have limited the support until Hard Copy IV,13.0sp1 devices only. Please contact your sales and field support if you need further information.
