IP Base Suite, pricing strategy?

Dear Intel,

Can you please help me understand why your Quartus software (SW-QUARTUS-SE-FIX) sells for £2,452.91, but the IP Base Suite (IPS-BASE) which is contains has a stand-alone purchase price of £4,909.91

(prices obtained from Mouser.co.uk)

This pricing discrepancy makes no sense to me.

    Pricing is controlled by dFAE like Mouser instead of by Intel.

    Feel free to contact and negotiate the pricing with Mouser directly.
