I want to make System Console application. But I want to use the virtual lab. I cannot find the card because I do not physically connect the JTAG via the Quartus application. How can I connect the device in the virtual lab to the system console?

What do you mean by virtual lab? The only thing I know is you can access your device remotely by using add server feature in programmer--> hardware setup --> jtag setting. Add server name and password then you are good to go accessing remotely as long as the device is connected to the machine and turned on.
