i couldn't access any design files about cyclone V transceiver PHY basic design? do i need any subscription to access these files?

    HI Nibandh,

    Intel is in the middle of migrating the reference design database. That explained on broken link issue where you can't access certain link.

    But I can help to upload the reference design here for you.

    Just let me know which reference design that you need.
