Hi, I have some questions regarding IntelFPGA Arria10 transceivers. I am looking for some information about RX SSC tolerance for Arria10 FPGAs. I need this information as I have to design USB3.1 IP Core with support for both 5Gbps and 10Gbps. Thanks.

    Hi,

As I understand it, you have some inquiries related to RX spread spectrum clocking (SSC) tolerance. For your information, the A10 RX does not support SSC. The A10 device only support refclk SSC for PCIe protocol. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If you would like run SSC with the RX, you would need to ensure the resulting ppm is within +/- 1000ppm spec of the CDR.

Please let me know if there is any concern. Thank you.
