HDMI IP & Transceivers IP - simulation model

Hi All,

Is there a way to simulate the HDMI IP, which is used for Cyclone 10 GX (including PLLs)?

Is there a way to simulate Transceivers, which are used for HDMI IP (including PLLs)?
