I need to all of he latest errata for all of the COTS IP that we are using. Is the proper/best way to gather the latest Errata for the IP located by searching on the Knowledge Base webpage, is there a PDF that is updated regularly that I could reference for my documents?

If you are using Intel FPGA IP, you can check the knowledge data case in the following link for all the known issues.
