EPM7128SQC100-7 and EPM7128SQC100-7F The difference

Guys, I have a problem now regarding the difference between EPM7128SQC10-7 and EPM7128SQC100-7F. I searched for PDFs on Google and also viewed PDFs on different websites, but I couldn't find the difference between the two! Do you guys know where the difference lies?
