EP1SGX40GF1020C versus EP1SGX40GF1020I

For the Stratix GX part, EP1SGX, was there a change ​in dimension/pitch over the course of its evolution? thanks

Hi,

Thank you for contacting Intel community.

The only different between both OPN is EP1SGX40GF1020C is Commercial grade and EP1SGX40GF1020I is Industrial grade. Please be noted that Stratix GX have been obsolete, hence there is only limited information can be obtain. Hence customer is recommended to used our lates Stratix family which are Stratix III, IV, V and 10.
